1.0: INTRODUCTION
1.1: Origin of the report
For this requirement of “Management of Financial Institution” we have prepare this report. We are also interested to know actual financial performance of NCC Bank Bangladesh Ltd.

1.2: Purpose
The purpose of preparing this report is to focus on the financial performance of NCC Bank Bangladesh Ltd. Specifically; we have prepared this report to know About NCC Bank Bangladesh Ltd.  Industry Analysis and SOWT Analysis  Traditional Ratios  DU-Pont Analysis, and  Communize

1.3: Scope
Though we could not access to the information which are most relevant for this report, we prepared a report which can help to get ideas about financial performance of NCC Bank Ltd from year 2004 to 2009.

1.4: Limitation
While preparing this report we have faced following problem. Such as  We were unable to prepare some ratios because of unavailability of data. Again we have prepare our whole report based on annual report

National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCC Bank) is a well established Bank in
Bangladesh. It is developing and expanding its branches in the country. This bank bears a unique history of its own. The organization started its journey in the financial sector of the country as an investment company back in 1985.

The aim of the company was to mobilize scatter resources from within and abroad and to invest them in such way so as to develop country's Industrial and Trade Sector, Agriculture, and Socio-economy. It wants to play a catalyst role in the formation of capital market as well. The company operated up to 1992 with 16 branches and thereafter with the permission of the Central Bank converted in to a fully fledged private
