Fine Fettle Herbal Shop provides affordable health products to people of Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and Newport, Oregon. Fine Fettle Herbal Shop is an LLC located in Depoe Bay, Oregon. The shop will be apart of the Food (Health) Supplement Stores industry. The Food (Health) Supplement Store industry is expected to grow 2.3% in 2015 (McKenna, 2015).

The Company’s Mission

Fine Fettle Herbal Shop’s mission is to provide affordable health to the people of Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and Newport, Oregon. The shop will use a best-cost provider strategy. Products and Services

Fine Fettle Herbal Shop will offer a wide variety of products. These will include, body care products, baking products, honey products, herbs and spices, nuts, teas, and supplements. These products will follow a good-better-best guide to allow customers with different levels of income to purchase the products they need in their price range. Fine Fettle Herbal Shop will also provide classes. These classes will range from green drink making to herb identification classes. Fine Fettle Herbal Shop will also offer nature walks/hikes.

She will exercise two or more times per week and be health conscious. Fine Fettle Herbal Shop’s target market lives in Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and Newport Oregon. Of the 13,623 people living in these three cities, 48.3%, or 6,959 are 50 years old or older (ESRI, 2015). There are 3,769 females over the age of 50 in these cities (ESRI, 2015). In the last six months, 59.1%, or 6,736 have used vitamins/dietary supplements (ESRI, 2015).

Management

Fine Fettle Herbal Shop will begin operations with the owner as the sole employee. Year two, the owner will hire a full-time manager. Year three, the owner will hire a part-time employee. The owner of fine Fettle Herbal Shop has a degree from Southern Oregon University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in psychology. In 2016, she will also be a certified herbalist, with a certification from The Bellebuono School of Herbal Medicine, which is associated with the American Herbalists Guild.

Operations

Fine Fettle Herbal Shop will be open six days a week. Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm. It will be closed on
