When working as a team, members feel uncomfortable exposing their flaws because they think someone might think less of them. In order for a team to be successful, members of a team should have predictive and vulnerability trust with each member of the team. Team members should be willing to accept the strengths and weaknesses of their fellow members and be encouraged to help one another. The second dysfunction of a team is the fear of conflict. When working as a team, members are going to disagree with one another and have different ideas on how to accomplish tasks. Conflict is often avoided in order to keep peace among team members. It is important for teams to have healthy conflict in which ideas are presented, listened to, and debated. This helps the team identify the best way to accomplish a task. The third
