FLEET WIDE PREPASS info--- Arizona and Arkansas
When hauling any placarded loads you must always stop at the scales when entering Arizona and Arkansas.
Regardless of a green light on your PREPASS transponder, stop at the scales!

FLEET WIDE Effective immediately all 1.4 S materials must remain placarded at all times, to include transportation. The regulation allows for certain 1.4 S materials not to be placarded however with recent events from Hawthorne, NV the company has decided to placard all 1.4 S materials throughout the course of transportation. Drivers will need to ensure they have 1.4 placards when they leave the installation. AT NO POINT WILL DRIVERS REMOVE PLACARDS AFTER THEY LEAVE A FACILITY, UNLESS THE TRAILER IS COMPLETELY EMPTY

FLEET WIDE As a reminder drivers are required to review and make their own edits on their logs before approving them. Please review your logs and make any necessary corrections you need. They can edit their own logs before they approve them following these steps

1 TAP HOS button
2 Top row will see approve button tap it
3 Highlight the action or part of log that needs changed
4 Tap edit button
5 On left side drop down box will show duty status to change, make correction for your edit
6 n comment line put driver forgot to make duty status change
7 Hit OK
8 Review line and graph, then repeat for any additional changes that need made go back to step 3 once all changes are mad and corrected hit approve again

Drivers should make every effort to edit their own logs prior to calling safety, we will not edit logs without a free form message in regards to what needs editing.
Drivers will not be able to edit drive time, data that has been previously edited, or data when logs have already been approved and have green check marks next to.
