Filippo Brunelleschi was “the man” of the renaissance because he was a head of his time. Also he was very skilled in many things. He was skilled in goldsmith, metal workers and bronze workers. He was a designated master goldsmith. Also Filippo Brunelleschi was the first modern engineer. Also Filippo Brunelleschi was the first innovative problem solver. Filippo Brunelleschi was also a clockmaker.
He did many structures. Also he did painting, and it is believe that Filippo Brunelleschi was the one who invented linear perspective. What linear perspective is making a drawing or a painting be three dimensional. It gives it the illusion that it really is there that it pops out.
Filippo Brunelleschi thinking skills were very unique. Filippo was the one who made the largest duomo in the world. It still is the largest in the world. To make it took a long time and labor. First he had to figure out how people could get bricks up there and how the bricks were gunna kept stabled. So what he did was make this pull system that started all the way on top of the structure and attached was this rope i believe, that had a cloth or basket. How it worked was that you would put bricks on the cloth or basket and people on the top would pull until they got the bricks then they would get the bricks then lower the cloth or basket so they can get more. They would repeat this process until they had enough bricks. Then when he got to the top the tricky part was making sure that the bricks were put exactly in the right place. Because if it wasn't the whole thing would just collapse in. Filippo Brunelleschi wanted to be the one to put up the last one or first one to prove that his theory did work about planning the bricks right for the duomo.
Filippo Brunelleschi thinking was very unique. Filippo Brunelleschi was believed to be the one who invented linear perspective.
