Flowchart Assignment
OPS 571
This assignment goal is to spend less time on a process that is performed daily. In addition, a suitable flowchart will be planned and designed. Process design factors will be discussed in addition to choosing one metric to measure the process. There are many thing in life that are done daily that we would love to spend less time doing. A flowchart is a helpful implement as it comes to evaluating and regulating time and work processes. So you will see the process in a form of a flowchart. The metric that will be used is time, from the minute when I wake up until the minute I walk out the door. This processes usually take about three hours to do, between waking up, picking out my clothes, brushing my teeth, showering, drying my hair, getting dressed, making breakfast, eating breakfast, and leaving the house.
