“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail” -Ben Franklin. In the Story Fly Away Home by Eve Bunting, the main characters are prepared for anything. The story is about this kid and his dad that live in an airport because they cannot afford an apartment, but they have to be very careful because if they get caught they will be thrown out into the streets. They prepare ahead so they don't get caught and they work hard to solve problems they face. To begin with, the characters are prepared for anything because they prepare ahead so they don't get caught. For example, they wear all blue, clean clothes so they don't get noticed.
