Introduction to Case: Introduction to Case: This is a 69 year old male patient who is established with Dr Hoehn’s office, but new to Kristin Kilinski, NP. He was recently in the ER due to a fall. I chose this particular case because of the patient’s complicated history and was an interesting case. He has a history of a few diseases that I am unfamiliar with and I wanted to do a journal on him to research these disease to become more knowledgeable about them.
