Food Bank Reflection

When I did my capstone project at the Oregon Food Bank it was a new experience because I helped people without even seeing how they looked, the experience that I had in the Oregon Food Bank made me change my perspective of food, and try to live a life of gratitude, even if one dosen’t get there favorite food one should still eat it unless they’re allergic, because there's so many people that die every year because of not having anything to eat. I also believed that volunteering there made me feel happier because I saw how fortunate I was instead of living in poverty. The great thing of volunteering there was the thought of helping people that really needed help. My message to the people is that One should also live a life of gratitude because
