Phen375 is not the typical weight loss product where you eat very little, have to spend day in they gym and put your body through starvation. A starving diet does not work, plain and simple. A lot of people will try starving their selfs to lose weight. What usually happens is the binge cycle where people will starve their self, then compensate by eating a ton of food. When you starve yourself your body goes in to survival mode and does everything it can to conserve calories, including slowing your metabolic rate down. This means when you eat, you body starts storing food opposed to using it. Starving yourself to lose weight is not a good idea as it is. It is unnatural and unhealthy, you need food in order to survive. Phen375 is an appetite suppressant that helps you to eat less but keep your metabolism up. Although this source is only a few paragraphs long it does a great job of expressing the deep emotions of the play when it is acted out. The play that was seen was a combination of Sarah Kane’s 4.48 Psychosis and Crave. The author if the play review, Lyn Gardner, says that the two plays together “maneuver and shimmy around each other, both structurally and thematically, like reluctant dance partners. Sometimes they shyly come together and rub up against each other, and at other times they ambush and viciously trip each other up as they pull in opposing directions towards life and death, light and darkness, laughter and silence” (Gardner). Having the two plays put together makes for a riveting idea. Learning that Sarah Kane’s plays are similar…

Last year I was prit near 375 lbs and I knew something had to give. I have tried, low fat, low cal, counting macros and everything. I always still would gain! I would eat veggies and lean meat keeping under 1200 calories sometimes 800 when frustrated, I'd still wake up weighing more. Well to be honest, I believe the food pyramid is very, very inaccurate. I sometimes watch shows like my 600 lb life, for motivation for myself, because I need it still! I was to a point in my life I couldn't walk or stand more than 5 minutes! I'd have to sit on a chair to do dishes, I felt useless anymore honestly. One day something clicked and I seen a friend who posted about her 210 lb weight loss and started to read. I was blown away! I started it and I won't lie, I went out with a bang! Made a huge chocolate cake 13x9 and we ate half of it. I canned the rest. Within the first 3 days I was 5 lbs down! I couldn't believe it, without any exercise! People say oh you can't do that, but you can! You simply have to eat the RIGHT foods! 60% carbs isn't for us! That's what was set up by a group of people who think they know everything! They don't! But anyways if you want to learn how to eat the correct macros and learn to lose weight without worry, then this is for you! Ooh you have to give up some things! But tell yourself YOU'RE WORTH IT! I know what it feels like to hurt everyday and not be able to function and go out to the store cause you just cannot walk.…

A big mistake a lot of people make is thinking what they currently eat is healthy enough already. They will attempt to stick to the food pyramids suggested servings, but will pay little attention to actual ingredients in the food. Two perfect examples are pasta and juice. Out of convenience, Pasta Roni is used for a quick flavorful meal. Little attention is given to the preservatives and ample amount of sodium included in each box. Fruit juice is possibly the worst culprit. You drink your juice thinking you’re getting your servings for the day. In actuality you’re getting 10% actual juice and an unhealthy overload of sugars and food colorings. It really pays to read all the nutrition facts when planning a healthy meal change.…

    Pregnancy Cravings

Almost every woman that has had a child can tell you stories of their weird food cravings when they were pregnant. But do you really know the reason as to why they crave such weird concoctions. The major reason of this is hormones; the extreme changes a woman goes through during their pregnancy can have a big impact on their taste and smell. But to be honest there really is no exact reason the pregnant women go through such different food cravings. A possibility may be the prenatal vitamins and medications they take that can trigger these food cravings. Some people think it is the body crying for what it lacks; a pregnant woman said she craved meat. Maybe because her body was lacking protein. "People think their cravings are significant, but studies show no link between cravings and nutritional requirements," she says. "If people craved what the body needs, we would all eat more broccoli and less chocolate (Brown)”. There 's no scientific explanation for food cravings. There 's no data that states what a woman craves is related to something her body or her baby needs, and there 's no data to support that typical pregnancy food cravings are harmful. I just think its weird and cool to hear some of the bizarre things some pregnant women crave. And I wonder what strange things ill crave when I am pregnant.…
