A. I have been interested in forensics since about 8th grade since then I’ve attended multiple symposiums that have given me an insight into what other people experience in multiple fields of forensics.

Attending this program gives me access to a wide range of resources and academic challenges in this field that Spring-Ford does not offer. By including a wider range of activities pertaining to one subject I can learn a wider range of material than I would in a class room setting. Sadly, the curriculum at Spring-Ford does not include forensic science. Talk about trips somewhere in here.
C. Hands- on experiences will allow attendees to experience what a day in the real life is like in specfic fields including DNA analysis and skeletal analysis. After learning these skills we are put to the test and have to apply them to a crime scene simulation. These real life career scenarios will prepare me for college and will help to finalize a major.
D. Time management and stress reduction skills taught during leadership session are essential to functioning productively in an active high school life style mine which includes/ will include, GSA, 3 three choirs, INTERACT club (volunteers), a musical, an internship, 2 AP classes, the gifted program, and 2 one day STEM conferences. Using these skills during group project, term papers, mid-terms, and finals I hope to start preparing myself for a college pre-med lifestyle.
