The people were terrified, but had to jump off the helicopter in order to live. It states, “A young mother in the helicopter — the wife of the pilot — dropped her three young children, including her 10-month-old baby daughter.” This shows that the Mother would probably not trust the people below catching the babies, but she had to do it in order for the children, including the 10-month-old baby daughter. Vu Lee flicks his head. I climb on first, wrap my arms around a waist tight as rope. Brother Khôi climbs on next, one hand holding the handlebar of his bike. We fly home.” (Lai 227). This poem shows that Pink Boy is scared of Vu Lee and he will never bully Ha again because he is scared that Vu Lee will do something to him. It also shows that Ha is getting in a better relationship with her family. This part of Ha’s life is considered as “back again” because she is not getting bullied like before, and she is also getting in a better, happier relationship with her
