The project write-up must be computerized, double-spaced in short bond paper, each page inserted in a clear book and follows the following format:
Title page -title of the project must be brief, simple and catchy
Abstract - a concise single paragraph summary of completed work; in a minute or less, a reader can learn the rationale behind the study, general approach to the problem, pertinent results, and important conclusions or new questions. The summary should be single spaced with a maximum of 250 words
Table of Contents –list the different parts of the whole report with corresponding page number of each part. The wording and grammar of the chapter titles, heading and title of tables and figures should be consistent
• Chapter 1 Introduction – The purpose of an introduction is to acquaint the reader with the rationale behind the work, with the intention of defending it. It places your work in a theoretical context, and enables the reader to understand and appreciate your objectives.
• *Background of the study – states the rationale of the study. It explains briefly why the investigator chose this study to work on
*Statement of the problem- the nature and scope of the problem should be presented with clarity. Two types of objectives may be used to state this:
• General objectives- this is related to the problem as given in the early part of the section
• Specific objectives- states the purpose of each experiment conducted
*Significance of study – the importance of the study is explained in this part
*Scope & limitations- states the coverage and extent of the study
*Definition of terms-operational definitions of key terms used in the paper

• Chapter 2 Review of Related Literature- sufficient background information should be presented for readers to understand and evaluate the results of the present study. Only the most important studies and theories written on the topic should be included.

• Chapter 3 Methodology-



References: - All works referred to in the paper appear on the reference page, listed alphabetically by author (or title). Each entry follows APA guidelines for listing authors, dates, titles, and publishing information
