Foundation Of Buddhism: The Four Noble Truths
The four noble truths are foundation of Buddhism, in which Buddha explains the truth of the Truths. When Gautama Siddhartha left his palace, he saw a old man, sick man and decaying corpse then he discovered the first noble truth that is ‘Dukka’ which means that the suffering is inescapable part of the life and he realized that our life is full of struggle, anguish and pain.
The second noble truth is ‘Samudaya’ which means suffering stems from the greed ignorance and hatred that arises in our minds. Our craving to avoid the life throws up.
The third noble truth is ‘Nirodha’ which means we can end all this if we stop craving and respond differently.
