This paper is based on my own idea to pursuit my curiousness to the organization of a fraternity/sorority. I first made this paper by starting on writing the basic things that I’ve already knew about the fraternity/sorority, I’ve gathered that idea in my social surroundings. I have friends and relatives that are joined in a fraternity that have experiences and ideas about the fraternity/sorority, I’ve asked them first. Letting them tell me the basic things in the fraternity/sorority that I can put on my research paper. Some ideas that I put in my paper are gathered from several friends. Those ideas helped me to know more about fraternity/sorority and enhance my paper. The next though and ideas that I’ve wrote down in my paper are gathered from the internet, I read and self studied those important and legit ideas on a fraternity/sorority. I’ve researched all the ideas that I may use as a ice breaker in my paper and make it more interesting. You need to fully understand your subject matter to be able to balance between your analysis and your source materials. That is why you need to do research before you start writing. Master your topic. Then create your thesis statement. The central idea presented by your thesis statement must come from your own analysis, the source materials are used to back up and support your arguments (McLean, 2011). Hence, the source materials are the raw data and your analysis is how you process these data to come up with a useful and meaning conclusion. Create your outline; at this point, you can start balancing where you will insert ideas from your sources and ideas from your analysis. Make sure that you credit your source materials correctly. With a large population of 35,000 undergrads, as it is said in the reading, commonly college students tend to join groups to integrate themselves in a social community, the typical American groups where you get drunk and forget about all of your responsibilities for a night to wake up the next day regretting everything. These particular organizations tend to put high standards in their members and represent a high and recognized status as well, "Sorority members…
