Abstract

The study investigated the statistical relationship between the introduction of FPE and the enrolment of kids in ECD centers.
The paper begins by assessing the changes in enrolment prior and after the introduction of FPE in 2002. It then delves into the question of why this happens.
The covered Mogogosiek Zone although the findings is relevant

    Firstly, a large number of early childhood policies and programs have been introduced throughout the world to promote human capital (Midgley, p. 90). The reading illustrated how childcare is viewed as a necessity among many Western families and how it is increasing in the global South.
