Organisational Study Organisational Study is the systematic study and careful application of knowledge about how people as individuals and as groups-act within Organisation. An Organisational Study encompasses the study of organisations from multiple viewpoints method, and level of analysis. Whenever people interact in organisation many factors come into play. Modern organisational studies attempt to understand and model these factors. This Organisational Study was done as partial fulfilment of the requirement for the Award of Master of Business Administration (MBA).The chief objective of the study is to understand the working of various department functions during a particular period and the concept of organisation. It also enables students to explore issues and problems in an organisational setting. It provides the students the opportunity to know observe, learn,
