○ The application process is pretty self-explanatory. The online application is available on the Fraternity website. In addition to the online application found on the Fraternity website, there are several supplementary components. Applicants are required to submit an up-to-date résumé, unofficial transcript, Fraternity endorsement, and two personal references.
● What does the interview process look like?
○ There are two components to the interview process. If you are selected for a phone interview after submitting the online application, you will be able to schedule a Skype call. It is a two-on-one interview with the Field Representative Chairman and the Director of Talent Management at Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters. After the Skype interview, you may be asked to fly to Columbus, Ohio, for an in-person interview.
