This issue may also be caused by a mismatch in the Secure Ticket Authority (STA) server name. Solution: Make sure the appliance has sufficient Access Gateway Users licenses. Make sure that the maximum number of users has been adjusted to match the number of licenses. Make sure that the STA servers defined on Access Gateway match those configured on Web Interface. This includes matching a machine name versus the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).
