Friends Episode #5

Group Discussion Questions (no time restriction)

1.) Imagine you are going to a party. How long does it take you to get dressed and ready to leave for the party? Have you ever waited a long time for your friends or family? How did you feel?
It doesn’t take me long time to get dressed before going out. Because I always take out clothes that I’d like to wear in advance. And I don’t wear exaggerate make-up, so it just take about 5 minutes. I don’t like to wait, so I usually think that if they know they need more time, they should start preparing earlier.
2.) If your girlfriend or boyfriend humiliates you in front of your friends, but he or she is willing to make up for it, would you forgive him or her? If so, what would you ask him or her to do for you?
I would forgive him, because my boyfriend’s star sign is Leo and he always wants to save face in front of friends. He would become a cute sheep in front of me and so everything I request him to do.
3.) Have you ever checked out somebody else’s cell phone, answering machine, email, or Facebook, etc. WITHOUT that person’s approval? Why did you do it? Did that person ever find out what you did? Do you regret it?
No, I haven’t. Because I think it is not appropriate.

Individual Questions (1-minute answer)

1.) Find “ONE Scene” in this episode that you enjoyed watching the most. Then, summarize the content and give your personal reflections on it?
I enjoy the scene that when Ross finds no one is ready for going out, he gets nervous and hot-headed. I think I am like Ross. When I don’t have enough time, I would become nervous too. What’s more, in this episode, the night is a big night to Ross but no one cares about it. I don’t think it is the attitude that friends should have. In my opinion, friends should pay more attention to it. For example, one of my junior high classmates is going to graduate this year. And we plan to go for her ceremony to give her some blessings. We even plan to buy
