INTRODUCTION
The project tried to find out the consumers perception about Keragem Kesamrith hair oil. In this project give some suggestions and recommendations for effective working of organizations. Primary and secondary data are collected to conduct this project. The primary data are collected through questionnaires for customers. The secondary data was collected from the organization's records, annual report etc.
