CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
The project tried to find out the consumers perception about Keragem Kesamrith hair oil. In this project give some suggestions and recommendations for effective working of organizations. The study try to find out opinion about advertising level of kera coconut oil, price of Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil, distribution of Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil, brand image of Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil, consumer satisfaction of Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil, taste of Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil and find out the consumers opinion about Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil etc.
Primary and secondary data are collected to conduct this project. The primary data are collected through questionnaires for customers. The study collects different opinion of customer about Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil. Detailed questions were asked to customer to find out their opinion about Keragem Kesamrith herbal hair oil. The secondary data was collected from the organization's records, annual report etc.
These projects find out the consumer's satisfaction level about Keragem Kesamrith hair oil. Customers is the back born of the every business so the company main responsibility to satisfied the customers. This project helps to developing the product and services also understanding the consumers' perceptions about Keragem Kesamrith hair oil
KERAFED, the Kerala kerakarshake federation limited, was found in 1987 to protect the interest of the 27 lake coconut growers in Kerala it was registered under the cooperative societies formed by the coconut farmers of the state. It was the help of European Economic Community along with the national cooperation and the govt of Kerala with an aim of supporting coconut farming in the state by making value added product from the coconuts.
