Trust: reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, of a person or thing. The confident expectation of something.
Leadership: the position or function of a person who guides or directs a group. The ability to lead and act in a instance of leading, guidance and giving direction.
Follower: a person who follows another in regard to his or her ideas or belief.
When you put all 3 of these things together you create a masterpiece in the work area. Someone has to take charge and lead the team to victory. It’s up to the team to take on this challenge and embrace it from within. The leader responsibility is to connect with his or her employee to build a balance between one another.
Nayar strategy to be a effective leader was to get connected to his employees. He figured if he connected with his employees this could build a relationship between one another. Team building was his key to make the company go to that next level. Having the employee trusting leadership and leadership trusting employees builds continuity. A culture of trust gets people to be more participative (Nayar 2010). A leader has to share ideas and the future of the organization. Sharing this information helps employees to understand where the organization is going and where it may lead to. Once employees understand the vision then they will see their purpose within the company.
In order to enhance innovation and creativity from internal and external sometimes you need to bring in outside resources to do that, as long as both sides reaches a understanding between one another. Once you combine two organizations each side is going to have their weakness and their strengths, but its up to both sides to realize this and help one another with their weakness and build off each
