MANAGING STRATEGY:
Generally a manager in the restaurant is responsible for monitoring the whole system. Usually he has three units to handle * The cooking unit * The serving unit * The shopping unit
But the major thing that he has to do is to maintaining the cash.
On the other hand the owner of the restaurant monitors the following
• Revenue : monthly and annual
• Expense: monthly and annual
• Customer satisfaction
• Adding new recipe to the menu hence attract new customers
Here revenue is the owners first target and Customer satisfaction or Adding new recipe to the menu hence attract new customers is his competitive strategy
But the restaurant authority will not treat any one as their customer unless he is giving
