For this plan to increase flexibility they need to make sure that they set guidelines for when a person is taking advantage of adoption or welcoming home a new baby they need to set boundaries. So that people will know how many days they get off to spend with the child. If I had to set a time frame I would say six to eight weeks then they will have to return back to work. Now if there is something extreme and they have documents the Human resource department can provide longer time. When it comes down to improved recruitment and retention, the company can encourage those employees that work there to recommend those great individual people that they know.
