This section contains your evidence, findings, arguments, etc., to support your proposed strategy to address the problem. Describes

Analyses and evaluates the current practices/situation, or facts and issues facing the society, group(s) affected. Considers views/perspectives of all stakeholders. Interprets bias/perspectives/ideological position of sources and analyses these perspectives using the critical thinking framework. Differentiates facts from opinion, identifies stereotypes, generalizations, faulty logic, fallacies, etc. Makes effective arguments from research. Quotes key studies using data, stats., charts, tables where relevant and states personal opinion as well. Discuss strategies that others have previously used to alleviate the issue and the result. Recommendations for Social Action Based on the social analysis research on the issue, feedback from the instructor (on proposal previously submitted) and research on current actions by various groups, students will develop a set of recommendations for social action. Recommendations must be realistic and be within the scope of the group's ability. Students should select the best appropriate action to develop a step by step plan.
Action Plan Step by step plan to demonstrate what action they are suggesting and how the action be carried out. Conclusion Students should provide an individual and group reflection that allow them to discuss the actions needed. Students should identify how ideology/worldview and perspective influences the action plan as well as the micro and macro implications.
Bibliography A minimum of 1 academic article (academic/peer reviewed journal). Six to ten references (references may be documentaries and other media). Appendix Peer evaluation rubric, rough work with names included.
