Introduction
The report summarizes and records the information from six reference lists by Access. The reference information is divided into two tables, which are resource details and online resource that includes basic information, publish information, article and journal information, website information and some quotes. These tables will be helpful for some academic studies whenever you write an essay or do some research.

Justification
Resource ID is an AutoNumber type which the format is “resource”0 because it could easily show the number of each resource. It is also used into two tables to link the relationship due to their unique numbers. As for the first table, title, publisher, edition number and cover type are used as the text type, and because of the different title, the title field size is up to the maximum. Publisher and Edition number is pretty short which could ensure so that they are restricted below 50. The same thing is that cover type is limited in 20. Publish year is a number type which the field size is integer due to the integer year. Of course, the price field suits for currency type because it is text showed money. However, the description contains a lot more text so that it would be used as memo type, which is unlimited for words and same as quote content in second table. The second table also includes resource ID for linking the relationship between two tables. The second table also contains article ID to show each online resource article number which the format is “Article”0. The article title is same as title in the first table, which is also similar to article and journal URL (field size 255) because the amount could not be confirmed, which compare with article author and pages are limited in 50 and 10. In addition, the website description and quote purpose are also text type as 255 Size. The quote page’s format is “Page”0 as number type to show the page number. At last, the accessed time is Date/Time type (Month/Day/Year).
