Gander Discrimination
Nature has divided human beings into two parts and both are given responsibilities which suit them, nature has very clearly stated the rights of both on each other. Gender discrimination is a practice which we faced when both the genders show the desire of substituting their duties without giving and due credit to each other. In such scenario the powerful became aggressor and other the victim of aggression. Gender discrimination can also be define as the thinking of men which convince them in their head that women are lesser then them and it’s their right to either not give them their rights or misuse them. Basically when we think that women (may be because of their fragile outlook) are not equal to men and are not capable of doing anything good then gender discrimination comes into play. Discrimination always remained hot topic. We have lots of examples in past in which womens were the victims.
As we can see women never get chance to be in politics in this managerial society. Last few days I watched a movie named Legally Blonde which gave the reflection of gender discrimination in society. This movie is actually about a girl who wants to get back her ex-boyfriend by earning a law degree. Her boyfriend who was in Harved Law School, just breakup with her and claiming that he has to be with something more serious. After serious hardworking she finally accepted in law school. Her classmates rejected her because of her naïve behavior. That was the seen when I saw discrimination here. She meets during her studies with lots of people but the only friend that Elle’s have was the divorced manicurist at the local salon and elle also help her to get her dog back from her ex husband.
As Elle studies hard and impresses her professor and after tough hardworking she finally selected for a internship with her professor. She work as an associate with their professor. In this whole period she faced many ups and downs. As her professor sexually torture her and wants to make sexual advances to her if she want a bright future in her career, but she refused. She was totally dishearted and decided to leave the school. Gradually during this period the case which she was looking the victim dismiss her lawyer and appointed Elle as her new lawyer Although Elle won the case by her intelligence and her common sense. After

winning this case she become popular among everyone and her ex boyfriend at this time came to her and try to reconcile with her but at this time Elle rejected him.
So giving the example of this movie have the various points the first thing which come in to my mind after watching this movie that is everyone can do everything if he/she is determined and have serious passion about it.
As we can see this story relates to the empowerment of women and the gender discrimination at the same time.
The women should have to be brave and live in dignity and in freedom and should have no fear. Because this is the only way through which they can advancing themselves and also reduce poverty.
As in this story the woman who tries to change herself for a man and then later she realized that she doesn’t need him. This movie also tells us that women should not be controlled by man. She should be brave enough to live alone. She should be free if she is powerful, independent, she don’t need anything else.
We can also see the type of revenge in this movie when Elle reject her ex-boyfriend same like when he rejected her.

CONCULSION
So the gender equality of women is most important if we want progress and development in our societies. And this is also most important women right for the vital and sustainable development of the society.
As legally Blonde gives us insight in this gander stereo type where women are consider weak intelligence.
I have another example which shows us the working or mismanagements of bad governance Nearly 13,000 women have been raped in the last eight years in , Pakistan official sources said. The reasons for increase in crimes against women were attributed to rising population, social and family tension, gender discrimination, poverty, lack of job opportunity and insufficient manpower in the law enforcement agencies.
But I must say all these problems have also the solutions and our governmental institutions should pay great attention towards them to get over to these problems.
SUGGESTIONS
• We need effective governance, underpinned by all the constitutional principles at all levels from the global to local level, in developed and developing countries.
• Putting pressure on government to take action to challenge gender inequalities.
• Accountability process.
Government meaningfully engage women as well as men are more likely to result in program that meet the needs of both

The television show known as Jersey Shore that aired on MTV for six seasons. The first time it aired was in December of 2009 and it was a huge hit. There were many controversies before they aired the show because it was an MTV reality show that reminded the viewers of The Real World. The show followed all eight housemates around day in to day out whether they were working during the day or partying at night. The fact that all random characters met up in a house to live for a summer together made viewers want to watch and see what will come about. Since the cast was followed around all of the time they would catch every minute of the exciting thing happening. They were able to cut out the dull, uninteresting parts so the viewers did not waste their time and cut to the chase. The critics were thinking negative thoughts before it aired and the controversy if the show Jersey Shore had a positive or negative impact on society. Jersey Shore was looked as a bad influence to younger views and nothing good was coming from it. Others look up to these characters as role models and follow in some of their footsteps.…

Companionship is a necessity for those seeking happiness and peace of mind within their lives. Without any faith in others, people will suffer from loneliness and sorrow. This idea is presented in the novella, Of Mice and Men, by John Steinbeck. The text delineates the lives of multiple characters who have experienced pain as a result of their alienation from others. These characters include a black man, named Crook’s, who is separated from society because of his skin color, Curley’s wife who, in the time period, was treated with disrespect because of her gender, and two itinerant farm laborers, George and Lennie, once the best of friends, who have lost each other in a world of fear and misfortune. This concept of isolation is developed through…

Although gender discrimination is hidden with the other social norms, it is present and has a great impact on the daily lives of both men and women. Sexism has a similar effect on society like bacteria; while it may be beneficial for some, it can be harmful to others. This concept is what creates the significant gap between genders, while giving the impression that one gender, generally the male, is superior to the other. Sexism has made its way into a part of daily life; it is simply inevitable for the general population to follow the typical roles, established since the beginnings of the development of humanity. The basic foundations of the roles of men and women are heavily influenced by sexism; therefore, gender discrimination is clearly…

Society has conformed our minds to view gender based on one’s role in society. This labels the person as a man or a woman and then classifies them based on the “roles” that society has assigned for each. Gender inequality is caused by the unequal perceptions or even the way someone is treated, based on them being a man or woman. It tends to be the result of what is seen as socially constructed differences of the typical gender roles. This is a social problem I find compelling due to the impact it has on society.…

The gender ‘female’ goes through a lot of gender bias issues as men are favored in a lot of place, especially in the work field. Men and women are paid differently at the same level and status of work in an organization, which means that the income of a woman is less than that of a man. Not just this but also the way women are treated in the office or whatever their work place is. They lack opportunities, trust and most importantly the due respect. However, they are put to work much more than men.…

What is gender? Gender is the personal traits and life chances that a society links to being female or male. But gender is more than that it something that in most parts of the world defines you before you can even define yourself. Gender is sometimes confused with sex, but sex is just a biological thing while gender is something that society defines and only humans posses. There is something called gender stratification that is the unequal distribution of wealth, power and privilege between men and women. This something that relates to and everyday basis and seen everywhere. The most common thing is discrimination and prejudice. Most of this discrimination is not much different from race or ethnicity discrimination and mainly concerning many stereotypes people believe, like women belong doing housework only and raise the children while man has to go to work to bring the sustenance of the family.…

Nevertheless, even if we were to ignore all social aspects of misogyny in American gender roles, and there are a myriad of them, women are still treated as second-class citizens as they try to advance in our society. Economically speaking, the gender pay gap in the U.S. in 2016 was eighty cents for every dollar a man makes, after adjustments to count different chosen occupations and hours. With that in mind, 13% of women were below the Federal Poverty Line in 2016, as opposed to only 10% of men (The Simple Truth About The Gender Pay Gap 3). Misogynic barriers also keep women out of leadership positions. A notable example of this is how only 19.6% of Congress members consisted of women in 2016 (Women in the US…
