We have talked about injunctions in class. Injunction is a controversial power that police have that while legal is often deemed prejudicial on whom it targets. Injunctions are a method of deterring gang members by judging them how they dress, and who they are associated with. In the book Ana Muñez was harsh on gang Injunctions, stating the strain that the injunctions puts on many members of the community, and the guilty before proven innocent mentality. The gang injunctions affect the life of a community, people are judged by what they are wearing and where they go. Yes, I do. Juvenile gangs I think are more dangerous. They are more dangerous to me because it seem like they tend to get away with things like crime. Young adult are more violence than mature adult which is why it is scary. Juvenile tend to go through with their criminal act more than adult. The reason they go through with is because they are still young minded, and they want to join the gang. Knowing juvenile gang is rising in many states including North Carolina, it is alarmingly scary to me. I am very concern, and I hope we as society can do something about the situation.…

(at the same time), service providers, probation and parole officers, and church and other community groups offer gang members services and other kinds of help. The crime-prevention method message was not a deal with gang members to stop violence. Rather, it was a guarantee to gang members that violent behavior would remind people of/bring out an immediate and intense response. When gang violence did happen, Stop to fighting (services businesses/government units) would address the violent group or groups involved, drawing from all possible legal levers. For instance, people in charge could disrupt street drug activity, aim police attention toward low-level street crimes such as trespassing and public drinking, serve outstanding warrants, grab and take control of drug go ahead/move forwards and other valuable things, request stronger bail terms (and enforce them), and turn possibly extreme Federal investigative and lawyer (who tries to prove someone guilty)ial attention toward gang-related drug activity. Because of the large number of (services businesses/government units) involved in Operation Stop to fighting, each gang who behaved violently…

It has been consistently found that gangs are normally linked to serious crimes and violence (Decker, Melde & Pyrooz, 2013). As these gangs become constant and stable fixtures in their community they become a permanent option for marginalized…

Criminal activity is an intimate part of today’s society. Criminal activity has no economical, religious, or social boundaries. Individuals commit crime out of greed, social status and lack of moral values. Over the years several researchers have offered a variety of social structured theories in an attempt to explain the relationship between crime and society. Moreover, the theories help to provide a blue print of the development of the organized crime within society. Though organized crime is difficult to combat, it is possible through an understanding of the various causal theories associated with organized crime development.…
