Gender disparity still exists in companies. Especially women as they are the ones who are not treated equally. According to Professor Susan Vinn (2012) in the report of” female FTSE100 report“ states that women make up more than half of the world population and control well over half the spending .Therefore, Educating women and developing their talent and leadership skill is the vital for all country. Mostly developing country where there is shortage of talent so, maximizing female talent for business is most important job.
According to World Economic Forum In developed countries, there are more opportunities for education so women are educated as men whereas in Middle east , north Africa and south Asia women are not educated as men so gender disparity in employment appear to have an increasing effect on economic growth differences between regions. IT starts with education in primary or secondary school.
