General Fitness Facility Case Study
Resource #1: General Fitness Facility
Evidence:
In front of the facility Inside the facility

Information:
• The name of the General Fitness Facility that I would consider going is Club Proform. This gym is located above a Sport Expert. I chose to consider this gym, because it is at 5 minutes by walk from my house, and this could push me considerably to go at the gym, because I would not need to take my car or feeling like loosing time to go.

• In the image besides, there is the membership option for Club Proform. Unfortunately, it is in French, but I was unable to find it in English. However, the membership that I would take in those options would only be the gym, which would have a cost of approximately 30$ by month. I prefer to

The interesting fact about this Yoga studio is that it is inside a physiotherapy clinic. In fact, the Yoga class is given by a physiotherapist which can really be useful.
• The membership option is 145 $ for 10 classes between April 2nd and June 18th as observed in the picture besides. However, you can also pay individually 20 $ per class.
• I would definitely consider taking the membership option of 145 $ or 10 classes during April 2nd and June 18th. It is more rentable. In addition, the fact that you can change the day that you are going each week helps me out to decide. Indeed, you can choose between three days, so you do not need to have a fix day where you are going. Moreover, you can go 2 times in one week, and zero in the other. The only thing is that you cannot do more than 10 during this period.

Seriously, I will even go to say that it is one of the worst assignment that I did during my CEGEP years. Indeed, this assignment did not really encourage me to do any kind of sports or to enroll in any facilities. If I would have want to enroll or buy things I would do it without assignments. This assignment was more embarrassing than stimulating. I mean taking selfie inside a place that you will probably end up buying nothing is really embarrassing. Also, I felt like I was giving fake hopes to the facilities. For instance, I Knew that I would not enroll in Yoga Classes, because with school I have not enough time, so I felt like I was losing their time and giving them the idea that I will enroll while I knew that I would

My personal reaction when visiting the downtown YMCA facility was that everything seemed well organized. From the moment you walk through the door you had immediate help from staff members trying to assist you in whatever you needed. The staff members were able to answer any questions I had prepared for them and even gave me a tour of the whole facility. During the tour I was impressed with how detailed and well the staff member was with explaining what programs were available within the facility. He presented a whole lay out on how I would go about joining the different programs they had available, fee information, and the certain age groups I could expect to see within certain programs.…
