General Marck Monologue
Black clouds shrouded the Kingdom of Proule.

Lightning crackled and thunder roared, as large rain drops poured down the land.

On the distance, east from the Kingdom, could be found the Oakwoods. As the loud downpour of the rain echoed, one can faintly hear a cry. Specifically, a baby’s cry. Tracing where the cry came from, a man stood in front of a grave. A grave built from stones being stacked together.

The man is wearing a black hood, which protects him from the rains downpour. The noise came from the man’s arm. Inside the hood, a white cloth could be seen, which is where the baby’s cry is coming from.

The man pulled down is hood, but because of the weather and the shade cause by the oak woods, one cannot clearly see the man’s face.

Wearing his full set of shining armor, which had scars and dents all over it. Sword at the hip and helm at his hands. Unlike King Clark, his expression is calm and smiling seemingly amused at his childhood friend’s actions.

“My friend, you should not be anxious.”- General Ponce

“Why wouldn’t I be, Ponce? In fact, I am confused why you are so calm. She is YOUR SISTER?!” –King Clark

General Ponce pointed a finger up, “Precisely! That’s why I am calm. She IS my sister!” Then he laugh out loud.

King Clark sighed as he massage his temples, “It really runs in their blood.”

Today is the Queen’s labor. The child of the King is going out to see the beauty of the world today. That is why the King is so anxious.

King Clark is now back to pacing back and forth on the hallway.

Today, everything will be revealed. A cold glint could be seen on the King’s eyes.

Moments later, a cry could be heard, as the door opened.

“It’s a boy!” The Maid said.

General Ponce laughed out loud again, “Another mighty warrior has born! Clark, even though he has your name, but our blood runs through him. He would become a great man someday.” He then entered the

Blood is a fascinating hue. It’s sometimes crimson, scarlet, ruby red, or even bold red. Crimson is the stain that’s painted on my fingers, since I just accomplished a mission-to murder Simon Krell, who continued torturing his family members on a daily basis. Although he continued being a dangerous man, it was so simple to kill him that it occurred to be laughable, all the acting skills I needed was to pretend to act alike his maid and suddenly shoot the filthy person. As I laughed, my storm eyes gazed at the glowing sky that had waves of gleaming dots on it. A silver ellipse remained framed in the inky sky, supported with millions of winking balls of fire.…

When you first met Nico you were about fourteen years old and had just arrived to Camp Half Blood. You were heading towards your cabin when you heard a group of campers laughing at two figures that were huddled in the middle of the circle that the bullies had formed. You noticed one boy shielding the other as the campers threw sticks at them, cackling as they taunted them for being gay. You lowered your eyes, thinking about how the bullies back home made you do humiliating things in front of people because of your test scores. Clenching your fists, you took a deep breath tried not to get too upset.…

The moon was full, but the sky was cloudy, and so it was nearly too dark to see as Ivan made his way across the field. This far away, from the trenches and his fellows, no one would see him partake of his last roll of tobacco. It was a precious commodity, a treasure that the others would harass him for until he gave in and let everyone have a taste. Or rather, let everyone have a taste until Fat Vlad got ahold of it and bogarted it for himself. It was his last cigarette, the last one he might ever get, and so Ivan intended to savor every last acrid kiss.…

    Mr. Honken Monologue

Band has always been an important part of my life, but the teacher who really made it my passion is Mr. Honken. Honken is, to me, a combination of Mangold’s seriousness and Connell’s negligence. Honken has been the most memorable band director yet through his agitation, relaxation, and inspiration. The fact that his original instrument was low brass doesn’t hurt, either. First impressions usually determine the future, but I really don’t remember the first day of band camp, sophomore year, when Honken showed up.…

The narrator is increasing the terror and madness by making the screams scarier. The child cries starts as a soft whimpering sound. It happens so much, escalating “howl” loud and fully mature noise; puts in an “inhuman” howl like it was a beast down in the hole with half terror and half triumph. The madness and terror increases so much that the author questions if the howls are from hell by demons.…

The speakers in “Morning Song” by Sylvia Plath and “Infant Sorrow” by William Blake express their attitudes towards infancy. They do this through the use of imagery and language in each poem. There is a range of emotions that are expressed by the speakers, who are both providing perspectives of childbirth from the parent’s point of view. The vivid images that are created by these poems reveal the attitudes of the speakers toward infancy.…
