George Washington's Accomplishments

George Washington was born on February 22, 1732 in Westmoreland Virginia (“Washington, George”). He went to Fredericksburg school but he only went to school for 7 or 8 year, and stop going to school at the age 14 or 15 (Chase). Also his dad died when he was 11 years old (Chase). Augustine Washington was his dad. (“Washington, George”). He was adopted in the british empire in 1752 (“Washington, George”). George Washington was 6’2 (“Washington, George).

George Washington had many accomplishments in his time like being on a 1 dollar bill (Chase). Also he was named commander in chief of the virginia forces (Chase). Another accomplishments is he is on Mt. Rushmore (Chase). Also he has a Washington monument. George Washington, as we all know,
was the first President of the United States (Chase). He was the one who kept the federalists and the democrats at peace during the crucial France-England war. This is regarded as one of his greatest accomplishments (Chase).

Unfortunately, his solitude lasted less than three years as he died on December 14, 1799 at age 67 (“Washington, George”).
