After being tortured, Chinese women were sentenced to death; needless to say: China memorized this moment in history than anywhere else, mayhap foreign females who feel strongly and empathetic toward those Chinese women, who suffered the Japanese’s heinous acts. But not only were females humiliated, Chinese men had been penalized by similar methods too (Jones). Despite those horrid acts, Germany’s concentration camps stole the spotlight; newfound land relocated concentration camps, each representing certain groups. The first concentration camp consisted of communists, social democrats, and dissidents inmates that potentially posed a threat to the new regime (Bergen). When entrapping those three weren’t enough, concentration camps began stockpiling Homosexual men, originally deemed criminal offenders by police, Jehovah’s Witnesses, women accused of prostitution, homeless, and beggars (Bergen). Some civilians of these categories were also removed because they did not fit into society. Later on, German soldiers proceeded burning down German Jews and their belongings; many of the Jewish people were arrested and re-located to concentration camps, or were killed in a seclusive area (Bergen).
