Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan
• Go to www.massbay.edu
• Log into Self Service using your PeopleSoft user ID and password • From your Self Service menu view your charges via My
Finances. Click the Make a Payment option. Click the Set-up
Payment Plan option; continue through the NBS, FACTS site
• You must be registered for classes for the term to be budgeted

Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final
Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent
(if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment online.
