The purpose of this essay is two-fold. First, to reinforce my understanding of the NHS constitution for England 2013 4b legal duties as they apply to my professional conduct and accountability, and the standards set out by the HCPC. Second, to apply that understanding to reflect upon and learn from a recent incident in which a concern was verbally provided to my employer, and from the actions I took in the management of this incident.
