Glenn Elementary School Observation
On 4/22/2016 at approximately 1025 hours, I arrived at Glenn Elementary School to perform a routine patrol of the building. After entering the main entrance area I was advised by staff of a student walking out of Teacher Cheryl Westberry’s art class and attempting to leave the building. A few moments later the student was located the main entrance stairwell attempting to leave the school. The student was identified by staff as being Coreyon Williams (190169228). Secretary Judy Marsh was able to block the door and prevent student Williams from exiting the building. Instructional Coach / Principal Designee Carla Burgess took student Williams by the hand and lead him into the main office clinic area. Student Williams began to pull away and punched
