Some people prefer to eat at foot stands or restaurants. Other people prefer to prepare and eat food at home. Although eating at food stands and restaurants is timesaving and may taste richer, I prefer to prepare and eat food at home. It is healthier and is also less expensive than restaurant food. First, preparing and eating homemade food is much healthier because you know what is inside of the food you make. The things you cook may be the best selected ingredients and organic from the supermarket. Also washing and preparing are more careful and cleaner. There is no guarantee that they do these at food stands or restaurants. At food stands or restaurants there cleaning won’t be very accurate, there may be some left over sauce or hair on the plate and you would not even know. This can cause stomach virus or sickness from all the germs you are eating. Second, preparing and eating food at home is less expensive . I can buy ingredients and cook any meal that I want and go to a restaurant and order the same exact food which may cost much more and may be polluted with germs. Home food can also be fun to make. Preparing homemade food by myself makes me feel more willing to eat because I want to know how badly or good my skills taste. For these reasons, I believe that I prefer to prepare and eat food at home because it is healthier, it is also less expensive. Being able to pick out the foods that are organic can be much healthier than a restaurant polluted with germs. No matter how clean restaurants are, the spoons, forks, plates are all used before and are put into other people’s mouth. Even though it takes more time to make it at home, I feel it is worth it because the meet, vegetables, mushroom and other are cleaned more precisely. The germs you cannot see are washed out.

This is because there are a huge abundance of regulations and risks involved in the handling and preparation of food for those receiving a service. If you carry out food preparation tasks without training you run the risk of jeopardizing your health and safety and the health and safety of the people that will be consuming the food. For example, if you are untrained in the matter you may not be aware that you should use different chopping boards for preparing different foods. If you used a chopping board to prepare raw chicken and then went on to use the same chopping board to prepare a salad you may run the risk of poisoning the people you are preparing food for. In such cases where cross contamination occurs, food poisoning, such as salmonella poses a high risk to health and safety and can be potentially life…

Many people are responsible for ensuring food safety - starting with the manager, producers, suppliers, shippers, distributors, handlers and receivers. As soon as the food arrives, the executive chef, sous-chef, manager or a well-trained employee will store and inspect the food correctly, following every mandatory and required step. Also, they should know how to handle the food properly in the kitchen. The kitchen and utensils have to be properly clean and sanitized before their usage. Every employee must respect all the safety standards and rules, which I will explain later on into more detail. “Everyone’s challenge is to perform these individual action as well as possible”, and thus the food people eat should be handled properly to ensure it is free from physical hazards, microorganisms and hazardous chemicals.…

Do our ideals and belief’s change from being influenced by others? For example, the place where I live now allows me to have a lot of choices of restaurants that I just need a five-minute walk to get food. What's more, whenever I work late at night, I can just go downstairs to the 24 hours convenience store nears my house and then get some energy for my work. Therefore, a place where is easy for me to get food is my first choice.…
