Globalization has improved individual lives and has definitely impacted businesses in the same manner. Globalization brings together diverse groups of individuals and businesses while it teaches each how to work with, for, and causes trust to unleash. Just as there are positive impacts and outcomes of globalization, negativity has its course. Speaking on the positive side for the impact on the business world, hospitality in particular, the hospitality industry has globalized and doors have opened that allow continuous growth and success to be obtained and maintained. The thought of conducting local business only has escaped the business minds of most. Crossing the borders and expanding beyond domestic territories is what globalization is all about.
