The political changes that occurred when William the Orange took over the throne consisted of: Replacing the autocratic monarchy with a constitutional monarchy, the gradual passing of power from the king to parliament, and the establishment of the capitalist system in England.
Economically not very many things changed during the Glorious Revolution. But there were a few very important changes that took place, such as the Industrial Revolution, and the continuous expansion of Britain colonies in Asia, Africa and North America, which eventually led to social discontent in small countries such as Scotland, Ireland, and America.
The social fluctuations that took place during this revolution consisted of the loss of power with the old aristocratic class, and the economical rise of the urban middle class/bourgeoisie, which economized and obtained inordinate wealth. And they became the backbone of the nation.
