Goals Paper In my Goals Paper you will find three things: my personal goals, my academic goals, and my career goals. Before beginning this paper I spent some time thinking over what it is I valued which helped me figure out what my goals would be .My personal goals revolve mostly around my fiancé Michael. My academic goals simply involve me graduating with as many A’s as possible and graduating college before I am 25. The last of the goals mentioned in this paper are my career goals which include a long process to get me where it is I ultimately want to end up in my professional career. Having these goals help me to definitely put my priorities in order. With my academic goals I want to start off with my short term which would be to pass
the four classes I am taking this semester with at least a B average. My intermediate academic goal is to leave Valencia with an Associate’s degree and a GPA of at least a 3.0 in 2 years. Doing well at Valencia will show my parents that I am taking college seriously and that I am ready for UCF. My long term academic goal is to graduate from UCF with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing by May of 2015. When I graduate from UCF I know my parents, especially my father, will be the proudest they have ever been. I, just as much as them, am highly anticipating that day. In conclusion, I believe achieving my goals of getting married, obtaining a Bachelors degree, and becoming a neonatal nurse are essential to my professional success and happiness. I am excited to begin this journey with a clear picture of what I want my achievements to be.
