GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF FLAVORITE

What happens if you drive your car without having a destination? You go around in circles. The same way in business success. You cannot achieve success without first being very specific about what you would like your business to be like when it is “done”, to define exactly what success means to YOU.
The Goal of Flavorite is to be an inspiring restaurant in having an excellent and interesting food and services, not only great food selection, but also efficient and superior service and customer satisfaction is their dominant objective. Flavorite is going to be the restaurant of choice for children, mature and adult crowd, couples and singles, young and old, male or female.

WAYS ON HOW THEY ARE GOING TO ACHIVE THEIR GOAL AND OBJECTIVE

1. Unique, Innovative & modern
The creation of a unique and innovative fine dining atmosphere will differentiate us from the competition. The restaurant will stand out from the other restaurants in the area because of the unique design and decor.

2. Manage Product quality
Be sure to follow through and offer the excellent quality products as possible. Enforce food preparation procedures, food storage standards and presentation quality at all times.

3. Cost Control Focus
They will control costs at all times, without exception. Cost Control will be an integrated function of the restaurant from the beginning. Cost control is about managing the numbers, interpreting and Comparing the numbers that affect the bottom line.

Our focus is to reduce the cost of goods sold to meet their profit margin goals by managing the following crucial elements of cost: Purchasing, Receiving, Storage, Issuing Inventory, Rough Preparation, Service Preparation, Portioning, Order Taking, Cash Receipts, Bank Deposits and Accounts Payable. We will use of this restaurant food business plan to track actual costs against our forecasts in managing the business.
