John McKnight and Peter Block wrote about seven responsibilities of an abundant community and its citizens. The responsibilities are health, safety, environment, economy, food, children, and care. In my opinion, to fulfill these responsibilities, we must start with people as individuals. To define the well-being of an individual, he or she must be in control of themselves. One has to have self-discipline and self-regulation. Another key trait that is valuable to this person is to be addiction free. If an individual shows these characteristics, then he or she will contribute to the success of a community. Productive individuals and communities lead to the world being a better place. We must also utilize the individual strengths within the community. They states, “ … we could identify the gifts, skills, and capacities of the people in the neighborhood. It is up to each individual to use their skills to improve their neighborhood.

Good Profit Because I have an entrepreneurial mindset, two questions are that are imperative to answer are how can I create a successful business culture and how can I sell my vision to my employees and customers. In Charles Koch book Good Profit, he elaborates on my questions. Koch states, “Creating an effective vision requires developing a

He states, “Entrepreneurs educate themselves primarily through reading books, studying successful people, pursuing industry magazines, attending conferences, and countless other ways.”
