Current IT infrastructure of GSIS is one of the main advantages of Global Sales Information System which supported 24 hours by seven days during the week by SLA (Service level agreement) and OLA (Operating Level Agreement) from GITS center of excellence Sales Information System. The system is accessible by all staffs and users. The system has some other departments that provide service for local market such as Communication and Networking. Project Management Center provides mangers to manage project. Moreover Data Center provides reasonable operation which support infrastructure like servers, operating system which cause to centralize datacenter as well as local service.it is an automated system cause to perform in well manner constantly in 24hours by 7 days due to its automated system support. In cause of any problem occurrence in defect tracking system will write well details information about the occurrences. The information which would be written in defect tracking are detected date, when it was resolved and how it was resolved by whom it was resolved in order to cure such occurrences in the future.
