Patrick’s old Cathedral I immediately noticed how beautiful the building looked from the outside. The building is in great condition and it looks like it was just built a few years ago and when I did research on it I was very surprised when I found out that it is over 200 years old. When I went inside the church, I was amazed by the beauty of the church from the inside too. I first saw the huge altar in the front of the church and the amazing bright colors on the stained glass window above the altar. My eyes were also drawn right to the tall statues that are sitting around the back of the altar. The tall pillars inside the church running from the entrance towards the altar were also beautiful and makes the church look great. I was amazed that the church looks so beautiful even though it is so old and I am also very surprised that the architects who built were able to build it even though they didn’t have the technology that we have…

The York Minster Cathedral is an inspiring place of worship for pilgrims traveling in England and the rest of Europe. York Minster Cathedral was built to replace an earlier cathedral which had burned to the ground. When Walter de Gray became archbishop in 1215 he ordered the construction of a Gothic structure to compare to Canterbury; construction began in 1220. The north and south transepts were the first new structures completed in the 1250s. A substantial central tower was also completed, with a wooden spire. The Chapter House was begun in the 1260s and was completed before 1296. In the 1280s, the wide nave was constructed on the foundations of the old, Norman-style cathedral, which had been burned. The outer roof was completed in the 1330s,…

A time when the Christian nations would call the crusade to reclaim Jerusalem. You can also invade other European nations if you so desire. Anyhow, when u invade other nations, on the battle screen, you can see churches and cathedrals inside the city. Although I'd never really pay any attention to the details of the buildings, but if I remember correctly, the game developers did a great job in making the building look really Gothic with its high pointy towers with the stain glass windows and…
