Gothic literature is defined as something spooky or supernatural. Gothic literature and magical realism and different because one describes something more real and spooky and the other is in a casket when she is still alive. In conclusion both stories have similar plots because there ending need clarification. more unreal. In Where Is Here a stranger arrive at a family doorstep saying that he used to live there without hesitation the family let him in but eventually the stranger leaves the family distraught. In Fall of The House of The Usher the Narrator visits the Usher house with his sister dying they then put her in a casket before she is dead.
