About the project:

The kinetic energy of a ceiling fan is converted to electrical energy using a dynamo and stored in the battery via battery charging circuit. This stored energy is used to glow the tube light. The microcontroller AT mega 162 is used for an overall control of the circuit. A LCD display indicates the voltage levels at the battery and the dynamo.
