Reasons for the Choice of Project:

Computerized Grading System is a must have in a school. It is a best way of storing and computing grades of students that provides easy way in getting the grades and to make the procedure faster and efficient.

Importance of the Study:

Due to large population of the school, this study helped the school eased their grading procedure. The proposed system aimed to benefit the school in their facilities such as maintaining the files especially the system itself.

Target Users/Beneficiaries:

Registrar and Accounting Office With regards to the registrar's office the proposed system will help the school maintain the information and data of the students and they will not use the manual gathering of data anymore. The school will just check to the database for the records needed. Students The students will benefit by means of not having a hard time in waiting for their turn to register.

Parents Enrolling their children will not be time assuming and they won't be waiting for too long for them to have their turn to register their sons/daughters.
Similarities with any Previous Study/Project: In the study entitled, "Thesis Computerized Grading System" (2010-2011) stated that, Computerization is focused on retrieving and storing information of students in a faster, more convenient way of storing files of the student enrollees in a computerized system that will lessen the effort of faculty staff in storing files of each the students. This will also serve as information for irregular students, transferees, and freshmen to get course and subject schedule.
