My business research is going to base on Graham Windham family services. Graham Windham states “They are fully committed to improving the well-being and family of every child we serve.” Graham is not just interested in placing kids in foster homes and leaving them behind. Graham Windham states “Their board is composed of men and women of unusual talent, and understand the need to serve the children and the families. Thus they embrace the goal of service excellence with uncommon determination.” Graham is interested in the entire welfare of the child, there are interested in securing the child in a loving and caring environment. Graham Windham also states “They have an executive management team, a group pf highly experienced professionals who reflexively assume they can always get better at what they do. They are united by purpose, principles and performance standards.” Graham Windham take what they do seriously. They have programs laid out to help the kids and also the families they are placed in a number of services are.
1.Preventive Services. Graham Windham states “This program help families care safely for the children while addressing underlying conditions that can lead to child abuse or neglect, such as parental depression, family stress, substance use or domestic

It states “This program provides a safe and academically enriching and challenging environment for over 1,000 elementary and middle school children.” Graham Windham goes on to say, “The children and youth receive tutoring in English, Science and Math. They are also involved in activities such as art, drama, youth councils, a reading club, journalism, computer classes, fitness, and sports.” Graham Windham also states, “They assist kids with admission to competitive middle school, high school, and college programs.
