Graham's Interaction With His Students In 'Clover'

After reading “Clover”, a reader can see that Graham interacts with his students in many ways. An example of this is that he does group work with them, instead of letting them do it by themselves while he observes. Graham also interacts with his students by telling them the story of why his hair is a mess, as shown in paragraphs seven through fifteen.

A reader can also see how the author describes Graham’s characteristics in how he acts at home and in the school. Graham is shown to be a hard worker in paragraph five, where the reader sees that he bought a deteriorating house and has spent the past two years renovating it. The reader can also see that Graham has a laid-back personality in the classroom with his students.
