With a magical girdle, many idolized her, and desired her, for her looks, and intellectualness. However, at the central of her dawning beauty laid a rivalry between two other women, Hera and Athena, for the so-called “battle” of who was the most beautiful woman in the whole world. At the end of the day she won, at the choice of Trojan prince Paris, at the cost of bribery, by giving Paris Helen. However, Helen was already married, and not looking for another, or an additional man into her life. This event, of course led to a major turning point in Greek and Trojan relations, causing strife between the two nations. The importance of Aphrodite is that she caused the trouble between the Trojans and the Greeks, all over one bribe. Oceanus, Morpheus, and Aphrodite each having their own quirks, have inched their way into the Greek God Hall of Fame. Oceanus is the lesser-known sea god, who had a struggle with Hercules. Then, Morpheus, who could seep his was into other peoples dreams, to provide professes, and visions. Finally, Aphrodite, the goddess who in terms caused the Trojan War, by making a promise that she in fact, could not keep. At the end of the day, these three, elite gods and goddess should be proclaimed as Hall of Famers in the Greek God Hall of Fame. To be on top, one must be elite, and in my belief, Oceanus, Morpheus, and Aphrodite have hereby proclaimed themselves as Hall of Famers, right here in Waynesville
